2020 was a year of uncertainty and difficulties, and I could not be prouder that HP Vietnam has received the Great Place To Work® Certification as it demonstrates the trust that our employees place in our organization despite the challenges of the pandemic. It is also a testament to the strength of our workplace culture, the HP Way, one that is built on trust, respect, and dignity. This award is one of our most significant and outstanding achievements and we are honoured to receive this accolade, for is it symbolizes what we are about, ensuring our people are connected and engaged. We have a saying, an ethos at AIA Việt Nam, 'staff have to feel first what we want our customers to feel.' This award shows we are an organization that cares, communicates and developed out people. We always strive to communicate effectively a common goal and purpose and take our people on that journey. We try to create a caring environment where people feel respected and can collaboratively challenge and add to our agenda. Everyone at AIA Việt Nam works so hard and our unrivaled growth and results is a testament to that hard work. It all starts with our people, and I am very proud of our people and the work we do here in Việt Nam.
