ASEAN INSIGHTS REPORT 2022

The Future of Work is For All

Recognizing the growing influence of ASEAN, Great Place To Work has also launched its inaugural ASEAN Insights Report that surveyed nearly 146,000 individuals from seven ASEAN countries, representing local and multinational companies across various industries. Leveraging its rigorous, data-based model for quantifying employee experience – The Great Place to Work Trust Model™, and For All™ Methodology – the report gathered quantitative and qualitative data on the organizational practices of these companies in order to distill five key characteristics: trust, values, leadership effectiveness, innovation by all, maximizing human potential, that create great places to work, while boosting financial growth. Through the report, Great Place To Work aims to help more companies become great workplaces for all.

Building upon over 30 years of research, Great Place To Work found out that universally, a great place to work is one where employees have pride in what they do, enjoy the people they work with, and most of all, trust the people they work for.

Key highlights of the ASEAN Insights report:

  • There are four key drivers of high-trust workplaces: employee engagement and communication, management support and care, fair and impartial treatment, and sense of camaraderie.
  • Best Workplaces train and equip leaders at every level to role model the company’s core values
