How does the Certification process work?

Which companies can sign up for Certification?
All Vietnam-based and multinational organizations with a Vietnam branch and 10 or more employees are eligible to become Great Place To Work-Certified.
How much does the Certification process cost?
The cost varies depending on your company size and the specific services chosen. Contact our team for a tailored quote.
Is the employee survey anonymous?
At Great Place To Work®, we believe organizations grow stronger through honest feedback from their employees. That’s why we do everything we can to keep your responses confidential. In principle, we ensure that your manager cannot trace your answers back to you. Once the survey closes, the link between you and your responses is broken. Your organization will only see aggregated data from groups with more than 5 respondents.
If you’d like to learn more about how your anonymity is protected in this survey, please contact support@greatplacetowork.com.vn.
After the survey ends, your organization will be able to view the results in Emprising — our online platform. Emprising includes strict rules for displaying and filtering results to protect confidentiality. For instance, results are not shown for groups with fewer than five respondents.
Please note: Responses to open-ended questions will appear exactly as written in the report shared with your organization. So please do not include your name or any other identifying information in those answers.
Great Place To Work does not share directly identifiable data with participating organizations. We also do not reveal who did or did not take the survey. Great Place To Work Vietnam has agreements with Great Place To Work Inc., the developer and maintainer of Emprising, to govern how data is shared with third parties. Only researchers may access aggregated data for scientific purposes, and even then, under very strict conditions.
How do you handle my personal data?
Great Place To Work is ISO 27001 certified. This means that we comply with strict information security requirements. In our privacy statement you can read in detail how we handle your data.
What happens if our organization doesn’t get certified?
First, rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We never disclose the names of companies who participate in the process but do not get recognized. You have nothing to lose.
