One of the most common questions we get from Vietnam Certified companies is:
“How Do I Write A Great Culture Audit?”
Completing your Culture Audit is vital for your organization to qualify for recognition on the Best Workplaces 2026 lists in Vietnam, Asia, and the World. With your Certification achieved, these recognitions come at no extra cost to you. The Culture Audit captures your distinctive company culture, enabling Great Place To Work consultants to assess your practices against our For All model.
This year, we are hosting two in-person Culture Audit Workshops in Vietnam — on November 18 in Hanoi and December 2 in Ho Chi Minh City – both hosted by Certified companies. Participants will not only gain valuable guidance on how to craft a compelling Culture Audit that showcases the heart of their organization, but also have the opportunity to experience the unique workplace culture of a peer Certified company.
Our senior consultant, Ha Minh Chau, will lead both sessions, guiding participants step-by-step on how to strengthen their submission and stand out in the 2026 Best Workplaces evaluation.
Please note that for companies in the Small Category (10-99 employees), submitting a Culture Audit™ is not required, while it is for those with over 100 employees applying for the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2026. Regardless, all are warmly welcome to join the event!

The Culture Audit provides insight into your organization’s culture and consists of six open-ended questions about trust, meaningful values, leadership, maximizing everyone’s potential and innovativeness.
For Large (1000+ employees) and Medium (100-999 employees) companies, the Culture Audit is a requirement to compete for Best Workplaces™ Lists Application.
The foundation of this model is trust. A culture of trust is fueled by meaningful values and facilitated by effective leadership.
This creates an environment where everyone, regardless of who you are or what you do, can and wants to use their potential. This increases the power of innovation in an organization.
What qualities make the culture in your organization one of trust, pride and fun?
