I joined Keppel Land's Executive Management Associate Programme almost a year ago and it's been a great decision so far. At Keppel, you not only work hard but you also play hard. One of the things I like best is that we have a dedicated welfare committee who spend their precious time to organise many interesting events on the weekends. I have made many new friends through participating in these activities. I also like the emphasis on a healthy lifestyle and it motivates me to keep my overall well-being in check. Looking back on my first year with the company, I still feel so surreal at having a chance to join a people-focused company with a strong vision that takes practical actions towards a more sustainable future for the communities it serves.
