Intrepid was founded to create a style of travel that could benefit both travellers and the places and people they visit. Almost 30 years later, this is still integral to who we are and what we do.
It defines how we do business Ð where our key decision-making is guided by balancing purpose and profit. The good news is, the two are a package deal. As weÕve grown into the worldÕs largest adventure travel company, weÕve learned the more we grow, the bigger the difference we can make in the world.

Today, we provide the worldÕs widest range of adventure tours Ð or sustainable experience-rich travel, as we prefer to call it.

WeÕre made up of three tour operator brands, more than 27 destination management companies, and a not-for-profit foundation. Globally, in 2022 we had more than 1,700 staff and leaders in 50+ offices around the globe.
