This team plays a critical role in supporting our operations by handling backend requests and enabling continuous service delivery. By working in rotating shifts, the Vietnam team allows Fuse to provide 24/7 support to clients regardless of their location. The team also serves as an extension of several core functions, with professionals supporting service delivery, finance, sales and marketing. Their work ensures seamless operations and consistent support for customers across our global offices.
