Antonia Enny Indrayanti is currently the Human Resource and Corporate Communications Director and active member of the Board of Management at B. Braun Indonesia. She joined the company in August 2015.

She has been in the industry for more than 25 years professional experience in HR in manufacturing, commercial, insurance, pharmaceutical, and medical devices industries, both in local and multinational companies. Having extensive experience in leading and driving compensation & benefit, talent acquisition, people development, talent management, and as HR Generalist as well. 

Enny graduated from Psychology, University of Indonesia Depok- Indonesia and has extensive experience in leadership program. Agile, resourceful, and people oriented, Enny is passionate about developing people to fully-utilize their potential; consistently find ways to perform better and enhance teamwork to deliver better results. 



Pham Minh Tuan

CEO, FPT Software

Freshed out of HCMC University of Science & Technology, Pham Minh Tuan embarked on an IT career at FPT Corporation in 1996 and since then has taken on multiple roles within FPT as well as its member companies. In 1999, Tuan was appointed Technology Director of FPT India, taking the very first steps in realizing the company’s “Go Global” mission. From 2002 to 2010, he helped to grow FPT Software into a global company with a presence in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S, and Europe. During this period, Tuan held several management positions at FPT Software including Director of the Enterprise Solutions Unit at FPT Software (2002 – 2004); Managing Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh (2004 – 2011), and Vice President of FPT Software (2006 – 2010). After nearly a decade, Tuan took on new challenges as CEO of FPT Technology Solutions (2012-2014) and CEO of FPT Information System (2014-2018). He returned to FPT Software as CEO since March 2018, leading the company towards being among the Top 50 world-class IT service companies by 2030.

To be eligible for the World’s Best Workplaces list, a company must apply and be named to a minimum of 5 national Best Workplaces lists within our current 58 countries, have 5,000 employees or more worldwide, and at least 40% of the company’s workforce (or 5,000 employees) must be based outside of the home country. Extra points are given based on the number of countries where a company surveys employees with the Great Place to Work Trust Index©, and the percentage of a company’s workforce represented by all Great Place to Work surveys globally. Candidates for the 2017 Worlds Best Workplaces list will have appeared on national workplaces lists published in September 2016 through August 2017.
